Currently we're a small team, but we have ambitions to grow & below we've set that plan out to give you clarity on how your career can progress at TGT if you join us.

Self -Employed Sub Contractors

Our subbies cover team holidays, sick days & extra projects that come in.

We keep information on your work preferences such as days, how much notice you like & any specialist skill you have to provide you with work you most enjoy.

Part or Full time Level 1 Operator

Looking after commercial grounds & domestic gardens covering all aspects of garden maintenance. We value personality & a dedication to high quality work than skill, so if you have that but limited experience please still get in touch.

Level 2 Operator

Once an operator is settled in their role we like to encourage our team to progress, that progression is based on our in-house training on completing the job, but also your communication & ability to see other opportunities to help our clients.

Additionally, we work with our team to get them accreditations & tickets to up-skill, whether in First Aid, PA tickets, CS tickets or other. If it helps us help our clients, we want to hear how we can invest in your learning.

Achieving a Level 2 is once you've demonstrated the skills from that training.

Level 3 Operator

Becoming a Level 3 is 2 key factors:

1) You can teach others your skill set

2) You have become a master across all the services we offer

This demonstrates your dedication & skill, which we want to reward (pay more for)

Team Supervisor

Becoming a supervisor is stepping up, taking responsibility for others' work, setting the example & supporting your fellow team.

Running teams on-site when there is 3+ on a job/project at one time & being the point of contact for the office & the client.

We have one team member that has done this as a progressional role, so they remain a level 3, but step into supervisor as & when they can to make a gradual progression.

Leadership may not be for everyone, but when we see potential in someone we want to push them.

Team Manager

While this role is fulfilled by Adam currently, we want to grow our team & promote someone that has been with us & supported the business in growing- so we can support & push their career.

Team Manger will be supervising multiple teams & being the point of escalation for Supervisors in the event of any challenges.

We have sub contractors to cover in the event someone on the team is sick- therefore you could be messaged early in the morning for that day.

Alternatively, you can just cover team holiday & larger projects
